You can’t tell the difference between a cover strip and a clamping plate? No problem! Here, we’ll clearly explain the difference between the two.

As shown in the image, the cover strip is a narrow, elongated component that is placed on top of a fence panel to provide a clean finish.
It covers any sharp edges or irregularities along the top edge of the fence, which also helps reduce the risk of injury.

Advantages of the cover strip:
  1. Ensures a clean and neat appearance

  2. Conceals the privacy strip

  3. Creates a more premium and finished look

The clamping plate is a flat fastening element.
It is pressed against a post using screws, creating a friction-fit hold on the element that needs to be secured.

Advantages of the clamping plate:
  1. Simplifies installation

  2. Makes it easier to replace individual fence panels when needed

  3. Powder-coated clamping plates available

  4. More cost-effective than the cover strip

Additional Information:

The clamping plates and cover strips are made of aluminum and metal. Our standard colors are anthracite and moss green. Custom colors are also available upon request.
